Rogersrotts Kennel is very
pleased that you have chosen one of its’ dogs to be a member of your family. The deposit amount is part of the purchase
price and is non-refundable. Should the above dog become unavailable at no fault of the buyer, the deposit will be refundable
in full.
Seller warrants that the pups are in good health and have been seen by a licensed veterinarian and free from
any detectable health problems. As the new owner, buyer is agreeing to provide for the future health and medical attention
for the dog. Regular veterinary examinations are strongly encouraged as soon as dog is in your possession.
.Puppy has had his/her first
set of shots and has been routinely de-wormed. We cannot guarantee this puppy to be worm or parasite free and strongly recommend
a stool sample to be checked by your own veterinarian at the time of the first visit (With ‘in 7 days of pup being in
your possession). Vaccination administered was CAV 2, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, and Corona
virus. (VanGuard Plus 5)
*RogersRotts Kennels has a 1 year health& hip guarantee on dog. If this puppy dies prior to
the age of 1 year due to the veterinary proven genetic defect or require euthanasia for such the breeder is to be notified
via written correspondence of condition within 24 hours of diagnosis. If breeder
determines no other alternative to euthanasia, proof of such treatment must be provided and all AKC
papers returned to the breeder prior to a replacement puppy being given when one becomes available. Buyer is responsible for
all transportation costs of the replacement puppy.
It is highly recommended that you give your puppy a vitamin that provides
essential nutrients for rapidly growing joints & bones. Should the puppy develop hip dysplasia, and been diagnosed by
the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, a replacement puppy will be given when one becomes available. Buyer will be required
to provide proof of the puppy’s condition as noted by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals. Buyer will give breeder veterinarian of choice authorization to speak with the OFA or any representive
of this agency as well as the licensed veterinarian involved regarding x-rays.
Buyer also gives the right for the breeder
to have the puppy examined and diagnosed by my veterinarian at my expense should I choose to do so prior to issuing a replacement
puppy.
Breeder will not be
responsible or liable for this puppy once it leaves our premises. We will take every precaution possible to ensure safe handling
if shipment/transportation is necessary.
Seller does not warrant/guarantee, neither expressed nor implied, the future temperament
or personality of the dog. RogersRotts Kennels strives to breed the finest dogs available with regard to bloodline, conformation,
and temperament. However, a dog is an individual and a product of its environment.
How you choose to raise your puppy will be the major determining factor with regard to its temperament/personality. You are solely responsible for the people, environments, and situations that you introduce your dog to
voluntarily or involuntarily. Seller will not be held responsible for any damages, settlements, or judgments resulting from
the dog.
I wish you many years of happiness with your dog, and I will always be here as a breeder to answer
your concerns or questions if they should come up.
